Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waller, an IHG Hotel

I needed a hotel in this general location, and it was perfect for my needs. It was easy to get to, the staff was very helpful when I arrived early, the room was clean and quiet, and it had a kourig coffee maker and an unexpected microwave in the room. I departed before breakfast, but it looked like it would have been a nice spread. The price was below what I expected to pay.

The breakfast was great. I really liked the sausage gravy and biscuits.

Pillows were super comfortable

My 5 stars review is conditioned to this hotel category. Many people see a 5 star review for a Holiday In and they believe that they will have the same experience of someone staying at 5 star hotel like Carlton Ritz. That being said, this is a new building and everything is nice and clean. We have been told that the breakfast was a grab-and-go meal, but it turned out to be a seat down with hot food. It was appropriated, well presented, and there was more healthy options.
